Floor Manager required for a restaurant in Muldersdrift

Requirements:

• Great experience as a waiter (Senior)
• Must be hands on
• Self-Driver
• Good with staff – alpha type who can control staff and that staff will look up to
• Good people skills
• Not office based but on the floor
• Understands the etiquette of service
• Advanced knowledge of food and wine
• Reliable
• Able to communicate with people easily and smoothly.
• Train Waiters
• Store is ready and in order for trading and staff
• Check ambiance of restaurant
• Responsible for the floor plan correct for bookings
